The vaccine’s anti-covid tests have been repeated

Brazil’s health regulator has authorized the resumption of clinical trials of the Chinese COVID-19 vaccine Sinovac -if it works and is not dangerous, without side effects- , which had been arrested due to the death of a subject test patient registered in Sao Paulo as a suicide. President Bolsonaro opposes this vaccine which he does not find legitimate and calls the Brazilians " wimps" in the face of the coronavirus, and added "we will all die one day". This vaccine has also revived tensions between Bolsonaro and the Sao Paulo leader, Joao Doria.

Bolsonaro reiterated, however, on Wednesday evening that his government would purchase whatever vaccine is approved by Anvisa and the health ministry, which could ultimately include the Sinovac vaccine, if approved.

L’organisme de réglementation de la santé du Brésil a autorisé la reprise des essais cliniques du vaccin chinois contre la COVID-19 Sinovac -s’il fonctionne et s’il n’est pas dangereux, sans effets secondaires- qui avait été arrêté en raison du décès d’un patient soumis à un test inscrit à Sao Paulo en tant que suicide. Le président Bolsonaro s’oppose à ce vaccin qu’il ne trouve pas légitime et appelle les Brésiliens "poules mouillées" face au coronavirus, et ajoute "nous allons tous mourir un jour". Ce vaccin a également ravivé les tensions entre Bolsonaro et le leader de Sao Paulo, Joao Doria.

Bolsonaro a toutefois réitéré, mercredi soir, que son gouvernement achèterait tout vaccin approuvé par Anvisa et le ministère de la Santé, qui pourrait finalement inclure le vaccin Sinovac, si approuvé.
